Inspired by Sri
Aurobindo and The
Mother, this magazine aims
to help readers to cultivate a more Spiritual approach to
success and affluence, via dynamic application of Spirituality
to life through a change in consciousness.
While success is the continued
and simultaneous expansion of happiness, peace and material
wealth as well as the realisation of worthy goals, affluence
is the abundant flow of all good things into one's life.
Now let us understand the exact meaning of the three terms:
Spirit, Spiritual values and Spirituality. Spirit is your
soul, which is your true self. All of us nurture the seeds
of divinity (or the Spirit) within us. Or in other words,
inside us is a God or Goddess in embryo that wants to be
born so that we can express our divinity.
Spirituality
is the unfolding of this Divinity (or the Spirit)
within us. Spiritual values are
the qualities that would enable this dormant God and Goddess
(or the Spirit) contained within us to
be fully materialised.
Now as you know, Spirit
is the soul in a living being. Every living being comprises
a physical body, a life (vital), a mind and a Spirit. To
most of us, our minds are final because our internal reference
point is the ego. Though ego is not who we really are, yet
ego is our self-image and our social mask. So we normally
never consider the all pervasive Spirit
within us. And that is what limits our power, potentiality
and success in life.
We should, therefore, always
remember that while mind is more powerful than the physical
body, the Spirit is more powerful than
the mind. In fact the Spirit never fails,
as it does not know the meaning of failure. Moreover, the
Spirit also has an element of benevolence, which enriches
the mind or life or body. In fact, the source of all creation
is divinity (or the Spirit). So by releasing this powerful
Spirit into action (or by invoking
or by taking the help of this Spirit that resides within
us) we can achieve anything in life, .
That is why it is very aptly said : .
To deny the existence of
God is to deny one's own existence. In reality, Nature is
God in visible form; which we can behold and experience
through our senses. Besides, we are all a part of Nature.
Being part of Nature means we ourselves are part of God.
The articles in this magazine
would strive to help every reader know his role on this
planet and guide him towards discovering the dormant Spiritual
potential which slumbers within him. Cultivating Spiritual
values will help him focus on the true goals of life by
stilling his inner turmoil and enabling him to find peace.
For that to happen,
one should always remember that his true Self is Spiritual;
that essentially all of us are Spiritual beings that have
taken manifestation in physical form. If we can do that,
then we can definitely relate to and understand all the
articles in this magazine and achieve remarkable success
and prosperity in life.
Wishing each
one of you a happy and enlightened reading.
